Heart Strings

A heart that over loves and never hates,
A heart that never forgives too late,
A heart having seen all injuries
And is still open to yet another wound.

I’ve never seen any of this kind,
A heart so reckless, yet so wild,
A mind, porous, too innocent,
Embedded in a complicated jar of clay and dust.

A heart desperate to build it’s shield
But never ready to give up selflessness,
Trade such a heart with that of stone!!
But what if that heart was mine.
